This wedding…was PERFECTION! I love working with bride’s that have it all together and the day just flows flawlessly. It certainly helps when you have an amazing coordinator like Love You Moore Events. Kelli is such a dream to work with! The Springs Event Venues Denton is always such a wonderful wedding venue to work at as well.

So let’s talk about Rachel. I met her at an open house and we clicked. I felt like I’ve known her for years and she was so fun and sassy. We all know I love my sassy brides. I did their engagement session and fell in love with them as a couple. They truly are the perfect couple and so much fun!

Rachel and Justin first met waiting tables at Texas Roadhouse. After a few months of co-worker banter, they ended up at the same pool day party that started with about 15 of them around the pool grilling, swimming, and dancing to the music. By the end of the night they had separated from the group and the two of them sat by the pool and talked for hours about their goals, dreams, and similarities. Justin, being the clever guy that he is, decided that their next encounter should be a doggie playdate at the dog park. Since then it has been 4 years of fun, adventures and loving each other. They couldn’t be more excited to be saying yes to forever with each other!

The weather was perfect on Sunday. All the wedding party looked amazing as well. Rachel and Justin opted for a first look. Rachel was also the bride that said “NOPE! We are keeping it traditional!” That was until she read my magazine and changed her mind. She will tell you that it was the best decision she made. It took away all the nerves and she was able to have a special moment with Justin before all the fun chaos starts. Justin surprised Rachel with a new necklace during the first look. She was so shocked.

After we had so much fun photographing the wedding party, it was time for the ceremony. Rachel just glowed as she walked down the aisle toward her almost husband. The ceremony was full of laughs and sealed with a kiss. Finally, they were married!

The reception was packed with so many family and friends and they enjoyed visiting with everyone. Then the DJ did a scavenger hunt with the wedding party. This was the most intense hunt with this bridal party. The bride’s sister and another bridesmaid ended it with them both falling on the floor trying to win. Everyone was laughing watching this unfold.

The dance floor stayed full the entire night and when it was ending, the DJ had everyone in a circle singing “Don’t Stop Believing”. Rachel grabbed the microphone and belted it! It was so epic! They ended the night with a private last dance to soak in all the final moments of the best wedding day.

Rachel and Justin, thank you for allowing us the celebrate and capture your day. Seriously it was the best wedding! I adore working with you two and wish we could do it all over again and again. You two are so awesome!
