Aubrey Wedding Photos at The Lodge Denton

This wedding finally took place last Saturday. Sarah and Collin were part of the dreaded postponed weddings due to Covid. They were supposed to get married May of last year but they had to wait another year to finally become husband and wife. They chose The Lodge Denton which is part of The Springs Event Venues. This Aubrey wedding venue is one of my favorites.

It has done nothing but rain most of last week and we were so hoping the rain would hold off and allow Sarah and Collin to be married outside just as they wanted. Well, it did! We were able to get everything done outside and it rained during the reception. It turned out to be the perfect day!

Sarah and Collin chose to do a first look and then we spent time with some portraits. Their wedding party joined us and we had so much fun taking photos. As the ceremony began, everyone made it down the aisle but as Sarah started walking down, it started sprinkling but quit as soon as she reach the alter. With a quick ceremony, Sarah and Collin were FINALLY husband and wife.

The Lodge looked amazing with the new cross-back chairs and their new LOVE letters. The space was transformed and all the guests had an amazing time. The food was delicious and so was the cake! They day they waited so long for finally happened and Sarah and Collin had the wedding of their dreams.
