Lucky Spur Ranch Justin, Texas

Anna and Ralph were married last Friday at Lucky Spur Ranch in Justin, Texas. They had such a fun wedding day and I’m so glad I was there to capture it all.

In 1995, Ralph bought Anna lunch in the Omaha airport…a spark had formed. Roughly 20 years later, a flame FINALLY ignited, while Anna worked in the office across from where Ralph worked. On New Years eve 2012, Ralph showed up to help Anna get ready for a party she was having. He took the opportunity to give her a kiss to start the New Year and he hasn’t stopped kissing her. Their first real date is in question as to who asked who out. Move forward to 2022, on a hiking trip in Ashville, NC, Ralph asked Anna to marry him…and of course, she said yes!

I met these two at an open house Lucky Spur had last year. Anna and Ralph were so cute together and I was excited when they chose me to capture their day. Anna is so beautiful and I loved the vibe she wanted for their wedding; a fun party! She certainly delivered that to all her guests.

Anna and Ralph kept things traditional and only did a first touch. Their minister prayed over them and it was such a sweet moment. When it was time for the ceremony, Ralph came down the aisle to “Respect” and danced his way to his spot. It was so fun to watch him enjoying himself and dancing. But when Anna started to walk down the aisle, Ralph teared up. She looked absolutely STUNNING!

They exchanged vows and did a unity ceremony with Anna’s three kids. They exchanged rings and then Ralph finally got to kiss his new bride. They were so excited to finally be married after 11 years.

The reception was a pure party! After a delicious meal, everyone was on the dance floor when the band started to play. I have never worked with this band before but they were the BEST BAND I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They kept the floor packed and engaged with the guests and it was so much fun watching everyone have the best time.

Anna and Ralph, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your day. It was truly a magical day and I wish you two all the happiness in the world.
