The first time I actually walked into this DFW venue, was when I photographed Lindsay’s bridal session last month (bridal post to come). I was blow away by the chapel and how adorable it was. The floors are to die for and it’s full of charm and character. I have wanted to photograph a wedding at this venue for some time and I was elated when I met Lindsay at a bridal show and then my son picked her card as my giveaway winner. I asked Lindsay why she chose this venue and her response was “I’ve always wanted a southern rustic barn wedding. We toured the venue and I cried when I entered the chapel and knew that was the place!” I can totally agree with her. It’s certainly a must-see venue. Rustic Grace Estate wedding photos are going to be some of my favorites.
Two years ago, Lindsay and Bryan met while both working at the same middle school. Lindsay said she first noticed his eyes and quickly liked him. I asked Bryan what he first noticed about Lindsay and he said “everything”! This past Christmas, Bryan took her to Highland Park for a carriage ride to look at the beautiful lights. They stopped at a bridge and he proposed. Lindsay thought is was magical. Now that they are officially married, let’s talk about their wedding day. The weather was perfect and so was their entire day. Lindsay is such a beautiful person but when she puts on her dress, she becomes even more beautiful. Her blue eyes are to die for!! During their first look, Bryan was smiling ear to ear when he saw her for the first time. I seriously could take first look photos all day long. Watching this moment makes my heart skip a few beats and it never changes. After a few photos with them, we added in their bridal party. I think they were all hand picked because they all looked amazing. I mean, how can one bridal party be so freaking pretty?? Tony and I had so much fun working with these two and their friends and family. During the ceremony, they did a tree ceremony where they added dirt to a tree and will plant this tree at their house. We did a few more photos (I mean, they are so cute) and then onto the reception. Rudy’s did an excellent job catering and the food was delicious. A few more sunset photos and of course photos with the car, then it was time to eat cake (and it was mouth-watering good). Jenny can make me a cake any day! The night quickly came to an end and their private last dance. It was such a wonderful day that I know these two will treasure forever!

A truly epic wedding for our daughter and son-in-law. Many thanks to Cory and Chelsea Baber, Anthony and Gabrielle Wallace, Austin and Ashley Robertson, Susan and Leon Mullins, Linda Seagraves and Katie Swaim who worked tirelessly to make it a success.
….not to forget our younger daughter, Caroline who made the wedding chapel look awesome with her touch of class.
