Milestone Wedding Photos

The Bride and Groom

Matias and Amber met in Argentina.  Amber decided to study abroad and met Matias.  Their love has survived long distance and hardships, but over the last 7 years, they made it work.  These are two of the sweetest people I have ever met and watching them just love each other is magical.

They were married this past Friday at The Milestone in Denton, Texas.  This beautiful mansion is a perfect location for a wedding and all the guests loved the beauty of this venue.  Several guests were from Argentina and our weddings here just don’t compare to what they do.  I was told that wedding celebrations go on until 6:00am the following day.  I’d be one tired photographer if I had a wedding that long.  It’s so nice to learn about weddings in different cultures and understand the beauty in different ways of weddings.

Mati and Amber chose to do a first look.  He was so nervous waiting on Amber to walk up behind him.  When he looks at her, it’s like a kid at Christmas.  He is just so in love with her that it radiates from his smile.  Amber looked amazing.  Her dress was simple but looked amazing on her figure.  It even had POCKETS!  The ceremony was filled with laughter and happy tears.  Their vows to each other were so heartfelt and deep.  I know these two can survive anything with their love.

The reception was filled with family and friends catching up and visiting.  They shared a first dance and parent dances then it was a PARTY!  The dance floor was full and lots of dancing was taking place.  They had the best time with all their guests.  It is a Brazilian tradition to throw a toy frog instead of the bouquet so Amber chose to do that.  The night ended in a private last dance and a sparkler exit.  It was a magical night.  See their Milestone wedding photos below…
