Barnett Estates Wedding Photos

Tyler and Tera first met at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK in 2007. Tyler was in Lambda Chi Alpha and Tera was Alpha Sigma Tau and hung out at several Greek events. They fell out of contact when they moved to separate cities. 

They later ran into each other again in July 2011 at a Tommy Alverson concert at 8.0`s in Downtown, Fort Worth, and exchanged numbers. Tera had moved to Fort Worth to attend PA school at UNTHSC. Tyler was home one weekend from Tarleton. Then life continued. Five years later, Tyler worked up the courage to ask Tera out on their first date and have been together ever since.

Tyler and Tera went on a weekend getaway to Broken Bow, Oklahoma with their dog, Astro. While sitting by the campfire one night, Tyler pretended to be adding more firewood. He then turned around on one knee and asked Tera to marry him on November 17, 2017.

Tera and Tyler had such a gorgeous wedding day. A little windy but still it was perfect for these two. Tera and Tyler decided to keep it traditional but exchanged gifts and letters before the ceremony. When Tyler finally saw Tera walking down the aisle, he fought back the tears on how BEAUTIFUL his wife-to-be looked. Tera had a smile from ear to ear and they couldn’t stop smiling at each other.

With the wind and clouds, we didn’t think we would have much of a sunset but boy were we wrong! This beautiful sunset was so amazing we rushed out to get the sky’s colors for an epic shot. Tera and Tyler spent the rest of the night dancing and enjoying their guests. This was the perfect day for these two and I couldn’t of been more thrilled with capturing these two. We wish you many years of happiness!
