All Black Wedding at The Lodge Denton

Catlin and Charlie had an all black wedding at The Lodge Denton and it was so gorgeous to photograph. They asked all the guests to wear all black and it looked so amazing with all the black decor.

Catlin and Charlie met on TikTok of all places. Their first date was Catlin picking Charlie up at the airport after he flew across the country on a whim to meet her in person. They weren’t sure how it was going to work being long distance but Catlin knew when she dropped him back off that she had just met the most special person ever. They spent the next year flying back and forth every two weeks until Charlie finally moved to Texas.

Their wedding day was just pure perfection! Everything went seamlessly and the weather was wonderful. Donna and her team had the venue looking amazing with all the decor. Catlin even had black draping at The Lodge instead of the traditional white and I was all for the black. Teri did such an amazing job with the floral and the centerpieces. The Lodge looked so amazing and it was probably my favorite decor ever.

Catlin and Charlie chose a first look. Charlie LOVED Catlin’s dress and they had a fun moment together. The wedding party was in all black as well and it looked so good all together. This group was lots of fun and kept us laughing all day long.

The ceremony was officiated by a good friend of theirs and he did a great job making it serious by still funny. Catlin and Charlie exchanged vows and Catlin’s were the sweetest. Charlie even kissed her after she read her vows and realized he jumped the gun on that kiss.

The reception was full of dancing and DJ Kurt had the floor packed. It was the most perfect day for these two.
