Bella Donna is a beautiful chapel located in McKinney which is perfect for a wedding ceremony. This venue is more unique than most chapels and the pictures do not do this place justice on it’s beauty. The Sanctuary is right around the corner from Bella Donna, which makes the perfect reception location. This was my first time at The Sanctuary and I loved the space. Candice was researching most beautiful wedding chapels and scanning through the list realized the gorgeous Bella Donna Chapel was local and she booked immediately! Bella Donna wedding photos are unlike any other.
Candice and James both lived in East Texas and never knew each other. They somehow became Facebook friends since they knew several of the same people. They would comment here and there on each other’s posts and finally met in person on James’ birthday at a nightclub. James said that Candice’s tight cheetah print dress and her smile from across the room was what he noticed first. Candice’s first impression of James was that he was dressed really nice and was so handsome. James chased Candice for a couple of moths via Facebook Messenger, until she finally gave in and sent him her number. They went on a date and both really enjoyed each other. They dated for awhile and James took Candice out to a local restaurant with a live band for an event with a large group of friends. The live band played a romantic song and James asked her to dance. As they were dancing, he had one of the servers bring out her ring on a silver platter and he dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him. Now almost three years later, they are husband and wife!
The weather was perfect and so were all the details Candice put into this day. Krenda was amazing at setting up the room to look amazing. Candice walked in a little nervous but once she put on her dress, she was more excited. She looked amazing in this unique gown. Once at Bella Donna, we took a few quick photos and then the ceremony started. Candice’s son, Nicholas, walked his mom down the aisle and gave her away to James. James and Candice wrote vows to one another and I got teary-eyed by their sweet words. After the ceremony, we went over to The Sanctuary and the party started. This group of guests sure know how to dance and have a blast. The food was fantastic and so were the desserts. The entire night flew by and everyone had the best time celebrating these two lovebirds!
I hope you two are having fun island hoping on your honeymoon!!
