Brittany is my niece and when she started talking to Andrew through a dating app, I was the first to know. They went on their first date on Valentine’s Day and I was on the phone talking Brittany into going into the restaurant and eating dinner with him. She was so nervous about her blind date but after their dinner, I got a phone call and she was so excited about him.

The following week, I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time and I just fell in love with his personality. He is the sweetest and really made a difference in Brittany. Over the next few months, Brittany started to become herself again. She was so happy and really fell in love with him quickly.

Almost a year later, Andrew planned for her parents, his parents, and his brother, to be at their house while they were at dinner. As they walked back in the house, Andrew got down on his knee and asked Brittany to marry him in front of their families.

Here is it a few short weeks later and the wedding is planned and surprise, I get to be Brittany’s Matron of Honor. Which means, a dress and a speech…OH MY!
