Lindsey and Sam were married last Saturday and captured by Dallas wedding photographers, Brittany and Tony. Joined by Love Wedding Planning made their day spectacular by keeping everything on track. It was the best day weather and all. Watching these two celebrate with their family and friends was a long time coming.
HOW THEY MET: One sunny morning at the Mustangs of Las Colinas building, Lindsey showed up for another typical work day. She was tasked with showing the ropes to another new resource on her project team. This time, that new member happened to be Sam. And that’s about it…until Superbowl LII when the Philadelphia Eagles challenged the New England Patriots. Lindsey, an avid Patriots fan, knew that Sam was an Eagles groupie, so she confidently Skype messaged Sam telling him that Tom Brady’s hand would soon have another ring. The following Monday did not bode well for her as Sam walked into the office with a smile on his face. She had opened the door to unending teasing and Patriots mud-slinging. Several months of work and harmless joking passed until Sam finally worked up the nerve to ask Lindsey out. Their first of many dates was in Dallas. Tom Brady might have ended up with one less ring, but Lindsey got one instead so she can’t be too mad.
Lindsey and Sam chose to do a first look and Sam surprised her with an extra wedding band to add to her ring. He wanted to reminder her that they have two anniversaries and she got to marry him twice! After a few photos of them, we had the wedding party come out for some photos. This group did not disappoint in the personality department as well as a good looking group. The guys wore floral ties and the bridesmaids wore a lilac purple and then had lots of bright colors in the floral. It looked so good all together.
Their ceremony was held under the pavilion and the breeze was so nice. Sam fought back his tears as Lindsey walked towards him. They exchanged personal vows and rings then sealed it with a kiss. The after ceremony photos are some of my favorites down by the pond. Then we got to include the beer burros into photos. Sammy and Frank were so friendly and of course so CUTE! I think beer burros need to be at all my weddings.
Once they entered the reception, they shared their first dance and both parent dances and then it was time for dinner. Heart to Heart Catering did a fantastic job on the plated meal and boy was it delicious! All the guests enjoyed dinner and then it was time to DANCE! The dance floor was packed all night long and DJ Ed played all the right songs for this group. As the night came to an end, Lindsey and Sam shared a private last dance and exited through sparklers.
Lindsey and Sam, I wish you two a lifetime of happiness and thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day. It was so amazing!
