There are certain moments in life that feel truly special, and Haley and Jake’s engagement session was one of them. Taking place on a windy February day in Denton, Texas, this session was filled with love, laughter, and a warmth that no amount of winter wind could overshadow. As a close friend of Haley’s mom, it was an incredible honor to capture this beautiful chapter of her daughter’s love story.

Jake has got to be one of the sweetest humans on the planet. Watching the way he looks at Haley and seeing the care he puts into every moment with her was nothing short of heartwarming. I’m so thankful Haley has such an amazing man by her side, and together, they make the most incredible team.

For their session, Haley and Jake wore two outfits that perfectly complemented both the scenery and their personalities. One standout was Haley’s vibrant orange shirt, which popped beautifully against the natural backdrop and added a touch of brightness to the wintry day. Despite the wind, these two embraced every moment, their smiles and love radiating in every shot.

Haley and Jake will tie the knot this October at Whispering Oaks, one of my all-time favorite venues to work at. I can already picture how stunning their wedding day will be, surrounded by the beauty of the venue and the love of their friends and family.
