Lodge Wedding Photos

Christina & Denny were married this past Saturday at The Springs Event Venue in Denton at The Lodge. No matter how many weddings I have photographed at The Lodge, I will never get tired of this gorgeous venue!

Denny and Christina met in college at UC San Diego. They were both part of Greek life on campus(Alpha Chi Omega and FIJI), and their two chapters decided to get together for a BBQ on the beach. While eating burgers and playing football, one of their mutual friends introduced them. They talked for a little while and then went separate ways.

Later that day, they ended up seeing each other again at a party and talked for hours. By the end of the night, Denny had got her phone number and within a week he asked her out on a date.

After moving to Texas, Denny and Christina took a trip to San Antonio. They visited the Alamo and walked around Downtown and then spent one night on a River Cruise to look at Christmas lights. After the cruise, they walked around and while crossing a bridge, Denny got down on one knee. Christina started crying and Denny asked if that meant yes, which of course it did!

Their wedding day started off with rain but quickly cleared up and made such a beautiful day for an outdoor wedding. Christina is one of the most organized brides which I LOVE! Her wedding day was perfection and everything looked so amazing. I loved all the details and the crafty elements she added. Christina and Denny opted to do a first look which we all know I LOVE!

Their entire wedding was full of fun, laughter, happy tears, and TONS of dancing. Everything was just as perfect as it could be. I’m so honored I was the one that got to capture it all.
