Jade and Austin met at a Mavs and Spurs basketball game at American Airlines Center. Jade got 4 tickets and invited a friend, Trey, and told him to bring 2 other people. Austin was one of those friends and Jade found herself intrigued by Austin. She loved his dumb jokes and his twangy country accent and how he made her laugh. Over the next few months, Jade did want any normal girl would and invited herself to hang out with Trey way more than normal in hopes that Austin would be there. She finally got up the nerve to contact Austin herself on Facebook and gave him her number and a week later, she convinced him to take her out to dinner in exchange for her Hulu password. They went to dinner and talked for hours and after he dropped her off, she immediately texted her friends to get feedback on if it was a date or if he just wanted her password. She was assured it was a date so she told him what a great time she had and they made plans to hang out again. Shortly after that, they were inseparable. In March of 2017, Jade and Austin went to Cabo and that’s were he proposed. She of course said yes and the planning began.
When I first met these two, I quickly fell in love with their personalities. Both laid-back, fun and so in love; was going to make my job easy! During their engagement session, I took entirely too many photos and they quickly began some of my favorite images. When it was time to shoot Jade’s bridal session, I again took too many photos but she looked STUNNING! I am so excited to finally show these off. I could take photos of these two all day long.
They got married on Sunday at The Springs McKinney Stone Hall. It was a beautiful set up and everything went perfectly. Jade and Austin did a first look and they both were tearing up. The wedding party looked amazing and we had so much fun taking photos. During the ceremony, they exchanged custom vows that had the bridesmaids in tears. Such sweet words with a little humor makes perfect vows. Jade and Austin shared their first dance and then it was time to eat. I’ve never ate Hard Eight BBQ before but let me tell you it was delicious. The reception was full of dancing and lots of fun for all the guests. It was a perfect wedding for this perfect couple.
Jade and Austin, I hope you two have an amazing honeymoon and a wonderful life together. You two are a perfect match!
