Melissa & Josh wanted a destination wedding and chose the beautiful Branson, Missouri for it. They stayed at Big Cedar Lodge and we were able to do their engagement photos there that weekend as well. It started snowing like crazy on Saturday but we had so much fun taking pictures in the snow since we don’t see that often in Texas. Melissa and Josh were such troopers in the freezing cold and I LOVE the images we captured. We had hand warmers and feet warmers but it was still so cold. I’m just glad we don’t get snow like that in Texas.
On Sunday, the snow stopped but was still present on the sides on the pathways and made it look so beautiful on their wedding day. Stonegate Glass Chapel wedding venue is so gorgeous. I just fell in love with it seeing the photos and even more in person. This venue is nestled back in the tress and is such
Chevy and I had such a fun time driving up to Missouri and photographing an area we’ve never got to before. Destination wedding photography is probably the best part of the job. We love traveling and experiencing new places with our cameras in hand. We could have photographed there for days and still not got everything we wanted.
