The Lodge Aubrey Wedding Photos

810 days is the amount of time Sarah has waited to marry Brandon. This is the longest engagement I have had with a couple, and I was so nice really getting to know them throughout their engagement. Sarah and Brandon were married this past Sunday at The Lodge Aubrey. Sarah has spent a long time planning her perfect day to her perfect man. These two are police officers and Brandon proposed to Sarah while she was on shift.

Brandon and Sarah chose to do a first look but Sarah thought it would be hilarious if her dad was standing there in a Minon costume so he gladly did it. Brandon’s response was so funny when he realized he was being pranked. Sarah then came down for their real first look and it was so emotional. Watching these two finally get here and all those tears of joy just fell.

We were able to get all the photos done prior to the ceremony which is always a plus in my book. The ceremony was full of all their friends and family. Sarah and her dad came down the aisle and Brandon teared up again. The ceremony was so emotional. OMG…Their vows! WOW! I was even crying listening to the beautiful words they exchanged. Then Sarah had another surprise for Brandon. Sarah’s two children read a letter to Brandon that had everyone in tears some more and presented him with a shadow box that had a picture of their new family. At the very end, Sarah handcuffed herself to Brandon to make it offical.

The reception was packed and all of the amazing decor Sarah created was placed around the room perfectly. She is so very crafty and did such an amazing job on the decor. They shared their first dance and then it was onto dinner. After dinner, Sarah and her dad had a dance and she surprised him with a Minion costume this time. Her dad laughed so hard.

After the night was almost over, the guests got to blow bubbles as they exited to their getaway vehicle, which happened to be an old cop car. It was a replica from The Andy Giffith Show, which was Barney’s car. It was the coolest car for two cops to exit with.

Sarah and Brandon, I am so blessed to have you two in my life and getting to know you two over the last two years has been so wonderful. I hope you two have an AMAZING honeymoon and I can’t wait to hear all about it.
