The Springs Ranch Wedding

How they met…

Stephanie and Brandon both swiped right on Tinder in October of 2014. They talked for a few months and finally met in person on January 10, 2015. They went on their first date to Dino’s Subs. Little did Brandon know that Stephanie was not a huge sandwich person, so they haven’t been back since that first date. They “dated” for 9 months, until September 19, 2015, when they became official.

The Proposal…

Brandon and Stephanie were going to their annual Friendsgiving but Meagan, Stephanie’s sister, asked them to leave early to meet her at their parent’s graveside to leave some flowers. Meagan gets to their gravesite and pulls out her phone and was like “I guess we are doing this now!” Stephanie looks around to see what she is talking about and Bandon was on one knee with her mother’s wedding ring asking her to marry him. Stephanie threw the flowers down and said no…because she didn’t see this coming but then she said YES and asked if he is being serious. To which Brandon responded with “No, Ashton Kuther is out there is the forest and you just got Punked!” She was laughing because she was so nervous and then he puts the ring on her finger and she says “FINALLY!”

I met these two over coffee and quickly fell in love with their personalities and seeing how much Brandon cared for Stephanie. Due to Covid, we had to reschedule their engagements a couple of times but finally we were able to get those done and we all had such a blast hanging out.

Stephanie and Brandon chose The Springs Ranch in Aubrey as their wedding venue. The Springs is one venue I never get tired of working at. The rustic vibes but elegance, always make a perfect backdrop for a wedding.

Last Saturday, was nothing short of amazing. These two had smiles all day that just brightened the entire day. Brandon was so nervous about their first look but loved seeing Stephanie in her dress. Their wedding party was full of laughs and made our jobs even more fun!

Stephanie and Brandon had a beautiful outdoor ceremony with some perfect weather. Stephanie’s love for sunflowers filled the space. After the ceremony, we took a few photos and then it was time to party.

After dinner, it was time to dance and all the guests busted out their best dance moves. The floor was packed all night with everyone having the best time.

Stephanie and Brandon, thank you for allowing us to capture your day. It was so much fun to work with you two and your sweet and fun families.
