Ashleigh and Josh’s wedding day at Whispering Oaks Wedding Venue was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I could feel that this day was going to be something special. These two met six years ago and have been best friends ever since, and honestly, you can feel that connection in everything they do. Their first date was spent sitting on the tailgate of Josh’s truck, just talking for hours, and that sweet, easy bond has never left them.

I first met Ashleigh and Josh at the Whispering Oaks Sip and See, which they host twice a year, and I instantly fell in love with them as a couple. Josh radiates pure, undeniable love for Ashleigh every time he looks at her, and it’s impossible not to smile watching them together. Their engagement session was a dream to photograph, and every moment felt magical. Then I photographed Ashleigh’s bridals, and let me tell you, I have been counting down the days until I could share them. They will be everywhere on my website soon because she absolutely glowed.

Their wedding day was a little chilly, but honestly, the weather only added to the cozy, romantic vibe. Ashleigh and her bridesmaids looked stunning. And her first look with the groomsmen? Absolutely hilarious. She lifted her dress to reveal that she had ICED them, and the reactions were priceless.

Ashleigh and Josh kept things traditional before the ceremony, but they shared a private first touch to read their personal vows. They both cried, and so did I. Their ceremony was beautiful, and Josh’s face when Ashleigh walked down the aisle is one I’ll never forget.

The reception was filled with joy, good food from one of my favorites, Patriotic Pig, and so many memorable dances. The sweetest one Ashleigh shared with her grandpa. DJ K-Shot kept the dance floor lively all night long, and these two soaked up every minute. The night ended with a private last dance and a bubble exit that wrapped their perfect day in pure magic.

Ashleigh and Josh, you two mean the world to me. Photographing your journey has been such an honor, and I cannot wait to see your love continue to grow.
