Morgan Creek Barn Wedding

April and Ryan were married this past Saturday at Morgan Creek Barn in Aubrey, Texas.  Morgan Creek Barn wedding venue is one of Walter’s Wedding Estates many venues located next to The Milestone in Aubrey.  The white barn is the perfect backdrop for photos.  The pavilion is full of rustic charm with a large fireplace and open concept.  I love how much you can do with this venue to make it even more beautiful.

April’s dress is one of my all time favorites.  When I saw it during her bridal session, I think I told her I loved her dress 100 times.  It was just made specifically for her.  To say she looked stunning is an understatement.  WOW!!  She is certainly a breathtaking bride!  April and Ryan opted to do a first look and when Ryan turned around to see her, his jaw was on the ground.  I was told Ryan hated pictures but he did a fantastic job dealing with it.  I don’t know how a couple can be so photogenic but these two are!  Taking photos of them was so effortless.

The weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony.  April was escorted down the aisle by both her parents.  The officiant, Clay, had everyone laughing so hard.  This was his first ceremony to officiate and he seemed like he’d been doing it for years.  After the ceremony, we took some family photos and then I had to take more of Ryan and April with the beautiful sunset.

The guests enjoyed an amazing meal of prime rib, stuffed chicken, green beans and roasted potatoes.  The pie bar was a huge hit and of course the mini pies were amazing.  After dinner, a few dace-offs occurred and all the guests had a great time dancing.  April and Ryan had a private last dance and then exited with the guests holding sparklers.  It was a magical night and I am so grateful we were the ones capturing it all.
