Valley View Springs Venue Wedding Photos

Kiersten and Charles were married last Thursday at the Valley View Springs venue. We could not of had better weather considering the freeze that came this weekend.

Kiersten and Charles met in first grade. How many people can say that? They were friends growing up and finally took the leap and started dating their junior year in high school. After a few years of dating, Charles took Kiersten to the farmers market in the square of the town they lived in. He pretended to have the timer on his phone set to take pictures and Kiersten noticed it wasn’t flashing like it’s supposed to so she went to fi it and saw Charles down on one knee in the reflection of the phone. He proposed and she said YES!

Like I said before, the weather was pure perfection for a January wedding. I’ll take 68 degrees any day. Kiersten was ready to get into her dress when I arrived since she did her own hair and makeup. She looked absolutely stunning in her dress. I loved the classic look of this dress and the illusion back with tons of buttons down the back. We took photos with the wedding party without the two of them seeing each other and then they wanted to read their vows together. The stood back to back on the balcony and they each read their vows.

It was ceremony time and I’m not sure if Charles or Kiersten had the bigger smile when they finally saw each other. Their ceremony was short and sweet and then it was time for my favorite part, sunset photos. I could easily photograph these two all day but we had to get to the reception.

The reception started with a first dance and then it was time to eat pizza. The pizza was delicious and so was the dessert table. They spent to rest of the night on the dance floor and enjoyed their guests. It was the perfect night.
